So, after doing some research, we went to drink in the cafe of KITTE Osaka, which was built in 2024 in West-Umeda, to take a tour as well!

We chose the elegant “Ashiya Cafe” on the 6th floor.

The inside of the cafe is a stylish, adult-like space with a black motif.

The atmosphere of the cafe was certainly relaxed.
They also offer tarts and fruit juices made from exquisite fruits got from all over Japan.

Ordering the tart
As we looked at the menu and talked, the manager and a thin young man came to take our orders.
Today's fruits are apples from Miyagi Prefecture, melons directly from Kochi Pref, and GENERAL called (pears) from Aomori pref!

These apples have a high level sweetness, so they are quite sweet!

Melons are the most popular at this cafe, but will be 550 yen more due to rising prices.

This melon is juicy and sweet, overflowing with juice when I bite into it.

It it super crispy and a delicious tart crust!
The custard inside is light and not too sweet, so it is delicious.

It was poor cutleries such as spoons and forks.
Even though it's priced at a high level tart, cutleries were felf in flimsy and lacks any sense of weight.
Yeah, it was cheap!
Even the cheap cafe in downtown use better spoons and forks!
The plates were just simple and unadorned, and did not seem to fit the atmosphere of the interior.
Moreover...
My fork was bent strangely.....
That was the cheap level of cutlerlies they shouldn't serve to customers.
That was the only disappointment.
