"The most deserted Ramen-Bar in the world", at Nakanoshima in Osaka!
This is a short blog!
I visited the “The most deserted Ramen-Bar in the world” in Nakanoshima, Osaka.

Is it the ramen restaurant name?
Ah, It is exactly!
I would like to recommend it to you!
I'm also uploading a YouTube video of my visit, so watch it.
What are the characteristics of this ramen restaurant?
It is a ramen in which you can taste the flavor of shellfish broth.
Is it delicious?
Of course.
People who are tired of shoyu, tonkotsu, and miso ramen come here to eat.
It is as unique as the name of the restaurant, but very tasty!
And, the medium-thick noodles have the soup and are delicious.
The noodles had a firm texture and firmness.
It felt elastic when chewed and had a pleasant texture on the tongue.
Wow..
That looks delicious..
It is a fashionable bar-like restaurant where you can enjoy ramen while listening to Japanese artist of "Mr. children".

Where is the restaurant?
It is located on the second floor of the Nakanoshima Daibiru.→Nakanoshima3-3-23(Map)

The inside of the building is also stylish.
I went up to the second floor by the escalator.

At 12:00 on a weekday, the line looked like this.
Hahaha…
It's not deserted at all.
YES!
It's a very popular restaurant.
The appearance of the restaurant is like in below.

It was a stylish restaurant that fit the atmosphere of the building.

Entering the restaurant
I arrived a little later than the restaurant opened at 11:00 a.m.
There were three customers ahead of me in line, and I waited about five minutes to get in.
I see..

The restaurant's best ramen comes at the top of the menu, so I ordered it.

I ordered the "WITCH'S RED".
What a unique menu!😅
About the staff
The stylish staff showed me at the counter.

The staffs were friendly and the service was good.
Oh, I see.
It's the almost same in every restaurant in Japan.
They came to me many times to put cold water because of hot day.
Instead of buying a ramen ticket, this restaurant had a system where we order to the staff.
Most ramen restaurant in Japan require us to buy a ramen ticket, but this restaurant is not..
I also ordered the dumplings.
My advise!
There is no menu at the counter or the table, but you can check the QR code by your cell phone to see the menu, which sometimes does not connect well.

So you should be able to order as soon as you are seated.
It's a popular restaurant, so you'll have to wait a bit.
If you're indecisive, it will take more time.
Since it was almost full in the restaurant, I had to wait for about 15 minutes.
However, it was pleasant to listen to pop songs while waiting...

Trying Ramen!
Ramen with shellfish broth....

Damplilngs!

Looks delicious!
They gave me an apron to keep the ramen soup from getting on my clothes.

First, I had the soup.

The soup was a combination of shellfish broth base and soy sauce.
I had been enjoyed!

This cost was just 1,117 yen (about 8 US$).
It was delicious!
Thanks for the meals.
When I spoke it to the handsome staff at the register, he gave me a happy smile.
It was a happy day.
Hahaha.
It is also good for you.
