We went to "New Matsusaka" for teppanyaki, in Umeda, Osaka.
Today we went to "New Matsusaka" teppanyaki restaurant in Hankyu 32nd Avenue, Umeda.
We recommend that the meat was very tasty and the view from the 31st floor was great.
You can also enjoy show time to cook your beef in front of you!
But isn't teppanyaki meals expensive?
No.
For lunch, there is a reasonable price menu to eat in Umeda.
In below picture,【Steak and Seafood menu】A total of 6 dishes, steak, scallops, and shrimp etc., costs 3,740 yen including tax.→See menu in Japanese。
As shown in the photo below, you can enjoy the 【100% Wagyu hamburger and filet steak menu】A total of 6 dishes where you can enjoy both hamburger and filet steak for 3520 yen including tax.
You can also enjoy a good view, and the price is very reasonable for the delicious meat.
Absolutely.
So it's worth going at least once.
We made a reservation for the [Black wagyu beef lunch].
I suggested a seafood and steak course for Ryoko.
I may not be able to eat a lot.
So I will make a reservation for only a steak course.
It was 12 o'clock on a weekday when we went, but those who did not have a reservation were waiting, so we recommend making a reservation.
About the teppanyaki restaurants
New Matsusaka's Hankyu 32nd Avenue restaurant is stylish, in below.
The restaurant is located on the 31st floor of Hankyu 32nd Avenue.→Confirm the restaurant in Japanese.
Most of the seats are at the counter in the center of the restaurant, where the chef cooks the meat in front of you.
The view of Umeda is right in front of the counter.
Besides, there is a special room on the right side of the restaurant where you can eat with your close friends or family.
There is also sofa seating on the left side of the restaurant, where you can have the food cooked at the teppan and brought to you by the waiter.
Of course, there is a partition here so that the inside cannot be seen.
When we sat near the left end of the counter and the chef cooked it and took it to the sofa room.
Who knows, maybe a celebrity snuck in.
Watch the cooking.
We booked the Black Wagyu course, so at the beginning of the course, chef show us the meat in the below picture.
This may be the first time I've had Okayama pref. Wagyu beef.
I do.
Wagyu is tender and tasty because the fat is dispersed and contained in the meat.
Salad
It was usually delicious.
Three kinds of grilled vegetables
Pumpkins, enoki mushrooms, and winter melons are cooked and served on a plate.
Cooking wagyu steak
We enjoy them!
Unfortunately, no photos or videos of the finished dishes were left behind.
We were just too busy eating.
Hahaha 😆
But I can give you a taste report.
We had it cooked medium rare, and it was so tender that it really melted in our mouth.
It'll melt in my mouth.
Really.
It was delicious eaten as is, with wasabi or salts.
I love the steak with wasabi.
I love the steak with salts.
The meat melts and is quickly devoured.
The accompanying cooked vegetables were also have texture with pumpkin, enoki mushrooms, and winter melon offering a variety of flavors.
I like my pumpkin soft, sweet, and slightly browned.
Winter melon has a nice crunchy texture for me.
The sautéed bean sprouts were delicious using the fat of the meat.
It's a delicious! I thought it would be more fatty since they use fatty meat.
The fat and bean sprouts go well together.
You'll have to taste it for yourself to see what it really tastes like.→The menu we booked
Surprise!
When I made my reservation, there was an anniversary plan for the course, and for an additional fee.
So, I could order a message plate for dessert, which I had Ryoko prepare without telling her.
I can write a message on the web when I make a reservation, so I wrote "Thank you for everything".
The chef in charge brought it to us while singing.
HAPPY! BIRTHDAY TO YOU!
What?
Hah?
The audience around us also sang.
HAPPY! BIRTHDAY TO YOU!
HAPPY! BIRTHDAY TO YOU!
Our faces are getting redder and redder.
I didn't think it would be like this situation.
I was embarrassed, but happy!
Well, then, good.
So, it was an embarrassing but delicious and memorable restaurant.
Thank you for reading to the end.
